If you lift weights and haven’t been in a situation where your joints hurt like hell then rest assured… At some point… They probably will.
It’s a terrible feeling.
Not being able to get a good workout in and getting crazy thoughts about permanent damage requiring painful surgery.
Not very fun.
I actually used to get joint pain quite a bit until I COMPLETELY changed up my workouts.
