This “Starvation Food” Can Tear Holes in Your Gut

I spend quite a bit of time studying nutrition and how it relates to muscle building (basically so that you don’t have to).

What up Man,

You know what the most frustrating thing in the world is?

It’s not being able to train because of an injury.

Sitting on the sidelines, watching your diet go to shit and becoming terrified at the though of never being able to train again.

I’d personally rather eat a bag of glass.

Okay not really but you get my point.

Injuries are usually caused by ego. Lifting more than you had any business lifting or doing a psychotic amount of reps.
